— The Approach

Trust and expertise comes from experience, not just certificates.

For more than 30 years, I have studied, taught, lectured to healthcare professionals, and worked with patients to help them improve their health and quality of life. I hold multiple advanced degrees and numerous post-graduate certifications, and I studied and taught in leading research hospitals in China, where I deepened my understanding of whole-body medicine and the conditions that allow the body to heal, renew, and restore balance.

Today, my primary focus is helping people navigate complex health challenges through nutrition, dietary therapy, and therapeutic lifestyle change. I work with individuals experiencing digestive, metabolic, autoimmune, respiratory, sleep, and other chronic health concerns. At the heart of my work is a passion for learning, teaching, and helping people better understand their bodies.

My approach is simple: consider the whole person. Understand how they live, think, feel, eat, sleep, move, and respond to stress. Then gather the information, identify the patterns, and assess everything in the context of their health status, life circumstances, and goals.

This is true whole-person care. It does not replace conventional medicine; it complements it by helping people better understand their bodies and create the conditions for lasting health. Because meaningful change doesn't come from willpower alone—it happens when knowledge is paired with consistent action.
