Everything you need to know about working with Dr. Easton, the Whole Life Reset, and how nutrition can transform your health.
Dr. Darlene Easton, DACM, MSACN, CNS, L.Ac., is an integrative healthcare practitioner, educator, and speaker with more than 30 years of clinical experience in nutrition and whole-body medicine. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition, and is a board-certified Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Dr. Easton completed advanced clinical training in China and has spent more than two decades teaching and lecturing healthcare professionals. Today, her work focuses on using evidence-informed nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and systems-based care to help individuals address complex digestive, metabolic, autoimmune, respiratory, hormonal, and sleep-related conditions by identifying and treating the underlying drivers of dysfunction.
Nutrition plays a foundational role in nearly every aspect of health. The body is an extraordinary, interconnected system — digestion, metabolism, hormones, energy, inflammation, mood, sleep, and immunity are all deeply linked. When you understand your body and consistently support those systems with the right foods, the body's natural ability to restore itself becomes possible.
"Eating healthy" varies hugely from person to person. Even people who think they eat well may be missing key foundations — protein timing, micronutrient density, blood sugar balance, or gut health support. Working with Dr. Easton is less about replacing your habits and more about refining them — making your good intentions actually produce the results you're looking for.
The Whole Life Reset is a 30-day immersive course designed to help you develop sustainable habits around food, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset. It includes a comprehensive manual, live Q&A sessions with Dr. Easton, a guided reset, and access to the Easton Health community. Check the homepage for the next start date.
The course is structured to build change progressively — you don't overhaul your life on day one. Each week introduces concepts and small practical shifts. The goal is durable change, not a sprint that you can't sustain.
Direct insurance coverage varies — many nutrition consultations are not directly covered. However, services are often FSA and HSA eligible. Check with your provider for specifics about your plan.
Yes. A whole-person approach complements rather than replaces conventional medical care. Dr. Easton's work supports the body's natural healing process regardless of your existing diagnosis or treatment plan, and she's happy to coordinate with your other providers when appropriate.
